The work done was adequate, although pretty pricey. It was very frustrating trying to get a hold of anyone. The phone system was down and it gave a different number to call, but then when I was ever able to get a hold of someone and asked to be connected to the service department, I would be sent to a voicemail box that was full. When I finally got a lady to answer and take a message for me she seemed very annoyed.

I am from Wyoming and purchased a vehicle here because they did not have one similar close to me. The process was smooth and the car arrived in a timely manner and it is beautiful!! I had problems with other dealerships lying about the condition of the cars before going to see them. Mike my salesman at Northtowne had no problem taking additional videos and photos for me. I would recommend coming to this dealership to buy your next car!
