Bobby is wonderful. I needed a new battery, however, my VW needs a reset when a new battery is installed. Which makes a dead battery more complicated. Bobby managed our expectations by letting us know that without an appointment my car might not be ready until the next day. However, Bobby told us he would try his best to install a new battery by the end of the day. By noon (the same day) he called to say it was done. I'm a transplant from Chicago and didn't know about this VW dealership. I typically take my car all the way to the VW dealership in Olathe. NOT ANYMORE! This is my new VW home for my oil changes etc. It was a wonderful experience!
