    They indicated that my car would not start and that I needed a new battery. When I questioned them further because I had not noticed any issues with the battery it miraculously started up just fine. I felt like they were dishonest and I’ll take my car to a different dealer in the future.

    I picked my 2022 Tiguan up on 1/30/25 after being at Northtowne VW for the third time in a little over a year. I was ensured that the problem was fixed. I drove my car to Indiana on 2/8/25 after a family member unexpectedly passed away. My car went into limp mode about an hour before I arrived at my destination. I had to have the car towed to Clarksville VW on 2/10/25. I had to rent a car to drive back home to Kansas City on 2/11/25. The repair was completed on 2/14/2025. Apparently the turbo needed to be replaced. I am still in a rental car and my Tiguan is still in Clarksville. I was informed I was eligible for VW reunification, however, only $500 of my rental car fees are covered. My car has been sitting on their lot since 2/14/2025 and my current bill is over $800. Why am I having to pay for the additional rental charges when the car could have been returned at an earlier date? This car has had problems since 2024, just four months after I purchased it. I have been told multiple times by several different people within this organization that it’s not their problem. Whose problem is it then?

    I have been coming to Northtowne Volkswagen for years and have always received great service. Even if there was a problem they got right on it and fixed it. While all of the advisors are helpful I believe in establishing a relationship with an advisor so they know you and your car. I always see Barry who has always gone above and beyond in customer service. I highly recommend this dealership.

    The muffler has been making a gurgling sound, and the engine revs while in the park position. I was told the vehicle was put on a computer that scanned the system, and no issues were found. I have owned numerous cars and have never experienced this issue, so it is evident that something is wrong.
