    Completely happy and satisfied with my experience with the volkswagen dealership. I'm not a fan of dealerships but this place was awesome. No pressure at all, comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, no games, honest, excellent pricing, no unpleasant surprises. Kevin was my salesman and I very highly recommend him! His personality is exactly what I wanted in a salesman. Everyone there sure felt like they were on my team of finding the best car for me at the best price!

    Scheduling online was quick and easy. I was able to get right in when I arrived (a little early) and waited in the waiting area. It was comfortable, and the noise was minimal, so I was able to read a book while I waited. It was relatively quick and I was back on the road in just over an hour.

    I brought my 2024 Atlas Cross in because the brakes are squealing when I’m in reverse and making a grinding noise when I’m coming to a stop. Apparently no one could duplicate the noise but yet I almost every time I use my brakes in makes the noise. I was told nothing is wrong and that it’s a known issue with the Atlas and there is not a fix. I’m not happy that I have a brand new car that sounds like it does!
