Upon entry i was not created, this was my first visit to this service center. Service advisor was busy scheduling other service throughout my check in process then only pointed to the waiting area. The waiting area was filthy. Upon service completion, service advisor only called my name and stood at the door waiting for me. He walked me to the cashier and left, cashier stated where my car would be. I will not return to northtowne vw/Hyundai to service my vehicle. All future service needs of this vehicle, if I decide to keep it, will be completed at Northtowne Mazda and warranty work and recalls will be completed at Lee's Summit VW.
