Every time I have needed my car serviced it has taken an extended period of time to get it in to the service department. I have dealt extensively with other dealerships and never have to wait more than a day or two to get my car looked at. With this dealership I have never been able to get in without scheduling at least a week out and often much more than that. The service is never high quality and to get updates I have to call the dealership instead of them calling me. On this most recent visit I had to call more than once to get any updates and they didn't call me when my car was ready for pickup. I will be selling my VW and will avoid purchasing one in the future so I do not have to deal with the dealership for service. I own another brand and have no issues getting my car into the dealership for service.
