We have enjoyed over 20 years of great customer service at Northtowne VW service. Unfortunately, we did not experience it this time. Since my oil change was scheduled for 7:30 AM, I dropped my car off the day before indicating on the envelope that I would like the car back in the morning. The morning of service, I got a generated text from Barry that the car was being worked on. When I did not hear about the car by noon, I called Barry’s cell. His mailbox was full so I could not leave a message. When my husband came home early afternoon we drove down to the dealership not knowing if the car was finished. The man at a desk checked his computer then rifled through some papers on another desk to find my invoice. He directed me to the office. The secretary seemed annoyed I was there. She asked me if I was picking up. When the man appeared in the office she asked if he was helping me. I received the invoice, looked over it ( no charge), thanked them, and left. I did not feel welcomed as I had in all the years we have been going to Northtowne. If it weren’t for Didi Lazarus, we would go elsewhere..
