Dropping off my vehicle was great. The service man that checked me out made me feel like I was stupid. I have purchased at least 6 vehicles from the VW dealer. This will be my last.

Chris and the whole Northtowne Volkswagen team have gone out of their way since day 1 to ensure that not only was the purchasing process simple (I was able to get a new vehicle while deployed in the Middle East) but also that everything was taken care of and I was satisfied far after the purchase. They have promptly and hassle free fixed the few bugs that have popped up with it being a brand new vehicle.
